Corona Virus - Collection of Information and Formulas
LIAN would like to support TCM herbalists with a collection of information on the use of TCM herbal medicine for the prevention and treatment of Covid-19 diseases.
The information is structured according to well-known institutions or lecturers and the suggested formulas are sorted by color according to the different stages of the disease. We would like to thank the authors and translators who have made the texts and formulas available to us.
The formulas are stored in the LIAN online ordering system OOS as formula templates and can be easily selected there. Please see the overview of the formulas. Missing substances have been provided with subtitutions by the LIAN TCM specialists to the best of their knowledge. These substances are mentioned in the prescription title and can be changed by the prescriber if needed.
With all this information, it is important to mention that it always makes sense to adapt the formulas used to the patient's individual TCM diagnosis.
Patients who fear they have contracted the coronavirus should always contact their family doctor first by telephone. For prevention and in mild cases of confirmed cases, treatment with TCM herbal medicine can provide good support.
LIAN recommends a proper intake with tongue diagnostics and a conversation on the phone or online. Prescriptions can then be made and patients continue to be well-supported with TCM.
Please also note the following interesting interviews from China.
